I have been oil pulling with extra virgin cold pressed organic coconut oil, atleast once a day for 20 minutes in the morning, sometimes I ALSO do it at night, but it's usually more difficult to do it at night because you have to do it 4 hours after you eat, aka on an empty stomach.
